Had a cracking day at Whitstable - cross off flat water blasting on a 7m. I was stacked at times, but glad of the size in the lulls. Made it round a few dry step gybes. I've started to do them on a broader arc rather than a tight carve, and come out of the sybe switch stance and clew first, then flip before changing my feet. Seems to be working for me!

Then went for half a dozen oysters and a pint of Guinness. Perfect!

.... although, I'm feeling a little rough now! Not sure if that's from swallowing a bit of Thames estuary water, or a dodgy oyster....!
